A: If it is rainy or overcast on the day of our appointment, we will call to see what you would like to do.You may want to proceed despite the weather, or you may prefer to reschedule. Either is fine with us. We can work in light rain.

Q: Won't the rain wreck my clean windows?
As Grandma used to say, "It rains better on clean windows"
Dirty windows do seem to get dirtier when it rains because the rain disturbs the dust that has settled on them. Rain does not affect clean windows because they don't have dust on them. In fact, I offer a "rain-proof guarantee". If it rains within 3 days of your window cleaning, and you are unhappy with how your windows look after the rain -- we will return to fix any spots free of charge.

Q: How do you get the windows so clean?
A: Practice.

Q: What do you use on the windows?
A: Glass Gleam uses top of the line window cleaning solutions. Inside we use a  breakthrough formula that dries clear and eliminates spots, streaks and film. After squeegeeing, the edges of the windows are wiped with a cloth to remove the final traces of water.
